emerillon-dev software package provides map viewer for the GNOME desktop (development files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install emerillon-dev
emerillon-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the emerillon-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep emerillon-dev *
You will get with emerillon-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
